TICKET DONATION REQUESTS

Thank you for thinking of Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe for your fundraising event.

The Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe is committed to being a contributing member of our community, and proudly supports fellow nonprofit and educational programs. However, due to the intimate size of our theatre, we have a limited number of ticket donations available each season for fundraising events. Since we receive many requests for donations to worthy causes, we will do our best to respond via email within two weeks of receipt.

Requests may be submitted for any fundraising event, but preference will be given to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in Sarasota and Manatee counties with a mission that relates to our work. Requests are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requests must be made a minimum of one month before your event.

Ticket donations are for fundraising purposes only.

If your request is approved, Westcoast Black Theatre will provide a certificate valid for tickets to an upcoming production, subject to availability and possible blackout dates.

Your event must acknowledge the donation of Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe tickets in your printed or electronic program materials or on event signage.

Since we hope to partner with as many community organizations as possible, donations will be made to each organization only once per year.
