Mondays, 7:00 - 9:00 PM, beginning September 25, 2023
For actors and non-actors, improv’s gifts are abundant: for a stronger personal presence, for more joy/fun, and for personal development.
Core improv skills such as “yes and,” “listening,” and “agreement,” build into many other next-level skills that help us co-create new universes with our scene partners, develop on-the-fly great characters & emotionality, expand our capacity for humor, and more.
Improv is also ridiculously fun and funny (with 14 other like-minded new friends)! Who wants two hours of ongoing laughter every Monday night for nine weeks?
Finally, improv is a uniquely fun source for personal development skills, including: enhanced confidence, impromptu public speaking skills, co-creativity/teamwork best practices, and the discovery of performance skills you didn’t know you had!
Join Ivy, Daniel, and many new friends for a very special improv adventure this fall at WBTT!

About the Instructors:
Daniel Sara has been directing, performing, and teaching improv since 2004. He completed Improv Boston’s 6-level School of Improv, and earned his Masters in Counseling Psychology from CIIS in San Francisco.
Daniel celebrates improv for the joy it brings, its ability to keep us in the presentmoment, and for its other benefits, such as personal empowerment. On a related note, Daniel has a passion for co-creating “edu-tainment” improv: improv for personal and/or professional development. For example, Daniel integrates improv into professional development seminars (his day job as a leadership consultant, facilitator, and coach). On the personal development side, since 2004, Daniel has directed four “edu-tainment” improv troupes. Daniel is currently the director of Love & Fire Improv, improv all about healthy dating & relationships, currently doing monthly shows in St Pete, FL.
