DAVID ABOLAFIA is an actor, comedian, novelist, filmmaker, playwright, and “Jeopardy!” champion. Previous work with WBTT includes Purlie (Capt. Cotchipee) and A Raisin in the Sun (Karl Lindner). Locally, David has worked with Banyan Theater, The Players Theatre, and Theatre Odyssey. He also appeared in the Sarasota-set film No Real Than You Are. Memorable portrayals include Caliban (The Tempest), Peter Stockmann (An Enemy of the People), Chuch (A Hatful of Rain), Man #1 (Kiss Me, Kate) and Fran (Gemini), yet his favorite roles remain husband to Lisa and father to Matthew.
